FLORIDA VACATION GIVEAWAY Official Contest Rules and Regulations
CONTEST DATES:
The Giveaway Opens on MARCH 14, 2011 at 11:59 PM and Closes on APRIL 15, 2011 at 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time.

The Giveaway is sponsored by the BearCare Campaign and Canadian Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Campaign ("Sponsors").

Once you have joined the Cause, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada you are required to mail your entry to confirm your participation in the giveaway.
Mail-In ENTRY:
Entrants can enter the Giveaway by filling in your name, address, phone number and email address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mailing to Attn: Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada, Florida Vacation Giveaway, 10763 31 Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6J 4E7.
Information required on the entry form consists of your name, address (including postal code), telephone number (including area code), e-mail address ("Entry" as used to login to www.causes.com).
All required entry information must be completed in full in order for an Entry to be eligible. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. All entries must be received by no later than April 10, 2011, 11:59 PM, Mountain Daylight Time , to be considered for entry into the giveaway.
LIMITATION ON ENTRIES:
Entries are limited to one entry per participant.
BALLOTS:
Ballots are allotted to a participant per supporter recruited, 1 Recruit = 1 Ballot.
BONUS BALLOTS:
25 Bonus Ballots will be allotted to each participant who raises $25.00 or more.
LIMITATION ON BONUS BALLOTS:
Bonus Ballots are limited to 100 ballots per participant. 100 Ballots = $100.00 fund raised
LIMITATION ON BALLOTS:
The number of ballots per participant are unlimited. The more ballots a participant collects the greater his/her's chances of their ballot being randomly drawn.
The member whose ballot is randomly drawn by Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada on APRIL 15, 2011 at 11:59 PM, Mountain Daylight Time, will be AWARDED a Florida Vacation package valued at $1,500.
LOST OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES; WEBSITE:
Sponsors are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsors resulting from user's attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download any information in connection with participating in the Giveaway. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada has sole discretion on determining illegible entries.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified by a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada Representative by email on or about April 16, 2011.
The giveaway shall be conducted by Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the giveaway. If any potential winners cannot be reached by April 20, 2011, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected at sole discretion of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada. The prizes must be claimed five working days after the winner has been notified. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada’s decisions on matters relating to this giveaway are final.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE DETAILS:
One (1) entrant will win the "Grand Prize" including: a $1,500 ETourAndTravel Universal Orlando Vacation package for up to 4 persons, including 6 Nights accommodations in Orlando, Rental Car for 7 consecutive days with unlimited mileage, 1 Air Bucks Coupon,
BONUS GETAWAY:
3 Nights accommodations Greater Daytona.

7 Days Park-to-Park access at Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure plus City Walk
All Accommodations are at nationally branded hotels such as Sheraton®, Clarion®, Rosen®, Ramada®, or other fine properties.
Photo identification of the package holder and a major credit card are required by the hotel(s) upon check-in.
A major credit card and auto insurance are required when renting a car. Verify with your insurance agent if additional coverage is necessary. Drivers under the age of 25 will required to pay a daily surcharge directly to the car rental agency upon pick-up of the vehicle. Upgrades are available through the Reservation Department.
No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Giveaway Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value as necessary. All Prizes are non-transferable.
The retail value of this entire package is up to $1,500 or more depending upon seasonality and travel dates.
This vacation does not include airfare, gratuities, meals or any other incidental charges. Purchasers are responsible for car rental and hotel taxes payable upon pickup and check-in by using a major credit card (no debit cards).
This package is only valid for adults at least 23 years of age or older (one member of the traveling party must be 23). Proof of age will be required during check-in. This package may be transferred to any adult(s) over the age of 23 for a $25.00 charge subject to the then current terms and conditions.
A 60-90 minute resort presentation is required in order to receive your theme park tickets.
AIRFARE, TAXES on HOTEL and CAR RENTAL and UPGRADES are NOT INCLUDED and are the responsibility of the Giveaway Winner.
AWARDING OF THE PRIZE:
Winner must present an official picture identification or valid Drivers License and must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release and Giveaway Rules Release before prize is allocated. Winner agrees that Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada and the BearCare Campaign and its franchisees/licensees and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates may use their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. The winner will be drawn selected by a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada representative.
ELIGIBILITY:
Giveaway open to legal residents of Canada and must be 21 years or older. Employees of the BearCare Campaign and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Canada, and their immediate families, their respective subsidiaries, agents' affiliates, franchisees, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to win. All federal, provincial , and local laws apply.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible ballots allotted.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES:
If any prize is returned as undeliverable within five (5) days, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.
LIABILITY FOR TAXES:
The value of the prizes received by winners may need to be declared as taxable income.
RESERVATION OF PUBICITY AND PROMOTION RIGHTS:
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to use by the Sponsors, and each of their respective designees of such winner's full name, address (city and province of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, notification or permission, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by the Sponsors. By accepting the prize, Winners acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.
